Outer Bounds (Godot Version Alpha)

Notes:

 -Currently very bare bones, this is only less than 2 weeks of work 

-Still trying out Godot, might not stick with it 

-Has pretty good movement thats way better in my opinion, please let me know if something feels off about it 

-Game will be updated publically with each version 

-Game includes 1 level + a stopwatch timer 

-You can now slide on the ground (cause why not)
